Shipping policy

Shipping:

We currently ship to addresses in Europe only. Exceptions can be made on a pr customer base, please get in touch:  support@hellstain.no

 

Shipping options and associated costs are calculated at checkout based on which product(s) you order, weight, where they are fulfilled from, and where they are shipped to (your address). The options for your order will be presented with details about price and tracking. If your order presents more than one shipping-option, you will have to choose the option that best suits your preferences. The two main categories of options are letters without tracking, and package that include tracking.

 

If you choose a shipping option that includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number upon fulfillment, that you can use to track your shipment through the webpage of the shipping supplier. This option involves more control and less risk in the unlikely event that the shipping supplier is prevented from delivering in a timely manner.

 

If you however choose a shipping option that does not include tracking, it has lower cost, but in the unlikely event that the shipping supplier is prevented from delivering, there is a higher risk that your order is lost. There is no shipping-insurance for shipments without tracking, so choosing this shipping-option is at your own risk if anything happens during shipping, such as damaged or missing goods - we do not replace orders without tracking that are lost in shipping!

 

Depending on "last-mile-delivery" your order may be delivered to the pickup-point of your local shipping-company. Should you fail to collect you order from you local pickup-point within the deadlines give by your local shipping-provider, the order will be returned to us. In such case we can offer to re-send at your cost for the additional shipping. 

 

Products that we have in stock are shipped domestic to EU customers from our warehouse in Sweden.

 

Prices for Print-on-demand: 

Print-on-demand fulfillment is handled by the print providers of our POD-supplier; Printify. Shipping cost for orders fulfilled by Printify is calculated at checkout based on which product(s) you have ordered, their weight, where they are fulfilled from (which print-provider), and where they are shipped to (your address).

 

For print-on-demand products, there is an average productions time of approx. 2 days, in addition to shipping. All print-on-demand orders include tracking.

 

Customs Tax & Duty Fees:

Please be aware that depending on where your order is shipping to, potential customs tax & duty charges may apply according to the local customs regulations for your country. Such charges will be handled by the carrier for your specific shipment on behalf of yourself and your government. If such fees incur, please also note that the carrier will invoice you separately, usually including a handling fee, outside the control of involvement of Hellstain.
