Funeral Mist - Hekatomb (LP)

After the MCD Devilry in 1998 and the first two albums, Salvation in 2003 and Maranatha in 2009, the infamous Swedish black metal band released their third full length album Hekatomb in 2018. 

Funeral Mist stands as a temple of blasphemy, erected upon the pillars which are its albums. The more are added to its foundation, the stronger and menacing this temple becomes. Hekatomb is nothing less than a very competent and brutal statement that black metal is still as vital as it can be. Aggression is its main ingredient, but the music cannot be reduced on a single emotion with misanthropy and vileness omnipresent.
